1.  Can I Cancel My Order?

 

Yes. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel it — no explanation needed.

 

To cancel, simply contact us by:

–       Sending WhatsApp or call us

–       Sending us an email

 

Once we receive your returned products, we will issue your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you originally used. No extra fees, ever.

 

2.  What Can Be Returned?

 

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

–       Send the product to our listed address.

–       We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service — we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

–       Refunds are only issued after we physically receive the returned item.
